GAIGHAT: Police arrested three cadres of Netra Bikram Chand-led Communist Party of Nepal with two improvised explosive devices and some weapons from Rautimai Rural Municipality in Udayapur district on Tuesday night.

The arrestees have been identified as Bharat Basnet of Triyuga Municipality-14, Tilak Tamang of Rauta-7 and Dhurba Khadka.

Further investigation is underway.
