DANG: Two bodies have been recovered from the bank of Babai River near Shitapur of Tulsipur Sub Motropolitan City in Dang on Tuesday morning.

Body of a man was recovered from the bank of Babai River near Shitalpur of Tulsipur-13 in the districts this morning, police confirmed. The man seems to be in his mid 30s, added police.

Likewise, a body of a male was found on the same riverbank in Dangisharan Rural Municipality-6 today, according to Tulsipur Area Police Office Inspector Bijay Kumar Saha.

Identities of the deceased are yet to be ascertained, added police.

They were believed to be swept away by the swollen river, following the monsoon rains.
