KATHMANDU: Four members of a same family were found dead in Rank village of Rolpa district on Thursday evening.

Police said Pabitra Rana (37), her daughter Pyumali (13), two sons Bhim Bahadur (10) and Ganesh (8) were found dead in the Syalpakha jungle of Rank-7 today.

Locals had spotted the bodies and informed police.

After getting information about the incident, the Pakhapani Area Police Post has sent a team to the incident site.

Police suspected it might be a case of suicide as some bottles of poisons were found by the bodies.

Further investigation, however, is underway.
