‘The youth is the hope of our future.’ This quote was engraved on one of the old, faded school walls.These days, many youngsters are deserting the country in the hope of better opportunities.

Some of them are settled there while others return with the immense sufferings and end up blaming the country.

Nevertheless, the country is losing the leaders of the future. Despite the circumstances, I felt insecure while packing up my belongings to return to my homeland after living a dreamy life in England for six years.

But I must say that this country has given me the confidence to build a better future, strengthened my vision, empowered me on many fronts and helped me develop a mindset to think beyond impossibilities.

I am ever grateful to this place for transforming me into my best version. My departure to homeland compels me to recall an old memory; when my happiness knew no bounds as I got a visa stamped on my passport to study in England.

The level of excitement was even more profound in my grandfather, who inspired me to apply in the first place.

Life in London was not as easy as I thought. England is expensive and culturally different. Since the beginning, I had known that my visa status would play a pertinent role.

Securing a good job is dependent on the visa status you have. And most of the time, you have to start back from square one which consumes a considerable amount of time.

The foreigners spend their time relentlessly on work and education, but the language constraints and workplace environment are the barriers they rarely cross. Consequently, career does not matter to people; peace of mind is the key.

I foresee a bright future for my homeland if the talented individuals residing abroad take an initiative and decide to come back for the betterment of this place.

As a home to the highest peaks in the world, there are endless opportunities for this country to flourish in the tourism department.

The technological advancement and entrepreneurial innovation will enable us to escalate the import and export of different products manifold.

Boosting the quality of services can step up the industrial growth and relocate the important business through outsourcing. We have enough population to facilitate our growth goals.

I am determined to return and contribute productively to my country for a change that my motherland desperately requires.
