From the older days we have been knowing men as the master of home. His descisions are respected and accepted by the other family members. We know our society as the men dominating society because even if the women are capable of handeling the house our society prefers men as the leaders. In this century most of the people are educated and they respect women for their hard working. Women are able to handle both work at the office and at home. About men, no matter how educated they are, how high reputation they have, how heavy they earn they think that the household work belongs to women, which is not true. The place we call home belongs to both men and women, its their children and they should make descisions together for their child. Not all but few men belive in this theory that men and women are equal in reality and help in household works. If men started cooking and washing dishes this wont be accepted by the society. Our society belives in men earning and women handling home. This rule have been used as traditions and its hard to let go. Our hindu women regard husband as their god as no matter how harsh their husband are they never complain so there is question of equality plus they think men cannot handle house. They think men are superior than women.
