Yes,in recent days the craze for apartments seem to have increased and they are effective with the optimization of both cost and time.But despite of the fact that city center has been more beneficial with the system of owning an apartments ,we still can feel that we have this materialistic environment both in a good as well as bad sense.Everybody has this dream of owning his or her own home.They have their own dream be it with architecture and storeys so their main focus always stays on owning a house on their own thats why they call a dream house indeed.In my point of view I better opt for apartments because these days they are available at every places and as per your living standards and demands .Since home is something where you live with ur family and shouldn't be commodious like the way its been these days .And apartments are far more better as well.Also we do have lot more to invest upon rather than wasting on building some really extravagant house

Everybody is aware of the fact that today people are very busy and are centralizing mostly in cities. In my opinion, owning apartments is a better idea than purchasing or constructing a house because of the various reasons. In one hand, staying in apartments provides more security because of guards’ facility and many people living in a close area. In other hand, it provides other many facilities like electricity, water, cable, internet, sewage disposal etc. People have to be involved themselves to get these facilities if living their own house but they don’t have to if staying in apartments.

The more recently developed concept clarifies that owning apartments are more advantageous as it is more convenient and cheaper. It is true up to some extent as apartments limit the tension of ownership that often serves as a burden after the construction of one's personal house and also comes as a package of facilities. But people owning apartments often are not content with the "ready-made" facilities. On the other hand, constructing a house according to one's personal choice can be quite beneficial for living as it radiates the rays of satisfaction in the eyes of the customers. However, purchasing a house can also prove to be a wrong decision in the present context if the area of construction is not chosen wisely. Complications related to the matters like privacy, drinking water, electricity, etc may arouse at later parts after the settlement.

Well none of the options is better in itself. Its the matter of what's good for you. While, an extrovert may prefer building a home and being gregarious, an introvert may like being aloof and living an apartment.But its not always the case that accommodating in an apartment means being apart from people and being involved only in ourselves.There are examples of some apartments where people live like they are a single family but these few examples can not make a norm. And if its the matter of financial resource, apartment is worth opting for because the cost of buying land and making a home is exorbitant and nowadays apartments with fair prices are available.So, before making a choice ask yourself what you really want and then go for it.

Quite a good question.Actually i dont get why people buy apartment..in my opinion a small and cute housing is better than a flat at apartment.we can perform very much works freely in housing rather than apartments .its more better if the house is traditionally located .as being newar guy i never wanna be apart from the culture and the rooster crowd of road.so finally its better to own a private housing near the city or around where there is easy facilities of needs.

I think it is more lucrative to live by purchasing or constructing a house rather to live in a apartment.We can live in our own life style as we want as there is not any disturbance from outsiders. Like, we may feel odd while celebrating parties and festivals while we live in apartment but n house there will not be any problems regarding the situation. Another thing is that its very difficult to pay rent time to time in a apartment but in the case of home no need to pay rent. So, I think that it is more advantageous to live in a house rather than in a apartment.

i think it is advantageous to purchase or construct a house rather than opting for an apartment life for comfortable and beneficial living because if we owe apartment then our half money will gone for apartment and remaining money is doesn't suitable for other expenses and if we buy a house then we don't need to give the rent for house like apartment as to buy a house we have to invest our money only for purchasing not for rent and our money will be saved. And also to owe a house is better than to owe the apartment as in apartment we don't get facility as we want we don't get free to do whatever we like but in house which we owe we can do whatever we like and can get better facilities we want for standard living . so to the point of my view i prefer to purchase or to owe a house for standard living not apartment.

I think that its better to live in a apartment than to construct or purchase house because its full of zest to live in a apartment.There is not any difficulties in term of facilities like water security and electricity else. In this modern age i feel cocky to say that no doubt if believe in single house in difficulty there is no in need.Like if a thief come and tries to rob your house than there is no one to help.So, there many troubles and problems to live in a single house than in a apartment
