BIRATNAGAR: Madhesi Janaadhikar Forum-Nepal Chairperson Upendra Yadav today said the ongoing agitation launched by opposition parties will fall short to achieve its goal as it has failed to raise the important agendas of the people.
Speaking to journalists in Biratnagar today, Yadav said the opposition parties’ agitation is sure to turn into a fiasco as it has failed to raise
serious agendas like the statute-related issues and the Madhesi agenda. “In fact, the so-called agitation of the opposition parties including
the Nepali Congress and the CPN-UML is just a drama staged to bargain for the state power. It is not as claimed that will topple the government,” he added.
On a different note, holding NC, UML and the Unified CPN-Maoist responsible for the fall of the Constituent Assembly, Yadav said, “The CA was murdered in mutual agreement of the parties as per which it was agreed that the UCPN-M would hand over reign of the government to
the NC and the UML after May 27.
Blaming the three major parties for endangering the achievements so far gained by the country, the MJFN chief said as the parties were responsible for bringing the crisis to the nation the same parties should take the onus to solve the national crisis now.
