KATHMANDU: With the westerly clouds entering the country for the third time this season, the Central Region, including the Kathmandu Valley, is likely to receive light rainfall on Tuesday, a weatherman informed today.
Senior meteorologist at the Meteorological Forecasting Division, Rajendra Prasad Shrestha, said the westerly will bring rainfall on Monday in almost all parts of western Nepal and the clouds will reach Kathmandu by Tuesday.
However, there won’t be any precipitation in the eastern hills and Tarai region, according to the division.
It was partly cloudy in the valley today and similar weather pattern is expected for the next two days,
according to the forecasting decision.
The weather is expected to improve on Wednesday.
