KATHMANDU: Kathmandu: Morang Auto Works (MAW), authorised distributor for Skoda, is intro-ducing its all-new Skoda Fabia in the domestic market today. Three variants of the new premium hatchback — Active Plus, Ambition Plus and Elegance 1.2L will be launched at the company’s showroom in Thapathali.

The all-new Fabia hatchback reportedly has an aggressive appearance and offers the comfort of a luxury sedan. It delivers a mileage of around 14 kmpl. According to the company, Active Plus is priced at Rs 2.295 million, while Ambition Plus at Rs 2.575 million and Elegance at Rs 2.695 million.

All the three

variants are of petrol versions. The 1200cc vehicle delivers a maximum torque of 110 Nm, has 75PS maximum power and is mated to a five-speed manual transmission. The ground

clearances of all the models are 158 mm while the luggage compartment volume is 315 litres.

The premium hatchbacks come with rear fog-lights while the front fog-light is only available in Elegance model. Similarly, all the models come equipped with front chrome grill trim and power windows.

The steering wheels can be adjusted to both tilting and telescopic forms. To add to the

comfort of the driver and passengers, all seats and head restraints are adjustable.
