Bhimad Cup Football

DAMAULI: Hosts Youth Club Bhimad will take on Kawase Youth Club of Dulegaunda in the opening match of the third Bhimad Cup Football Tournament on Monday.

A total of 12 teams from Tanahun, Kathmandu, Jhapa and Pokhara will compete in the event. The winners and runners-up of the tournament will take home Rs 300,000 and Rs 150,000 respectively, while the best player of the tournament along with the best goalkeeper, midfielder, striker and highest scorer will be awarded with Rs 10,000 each.

Meanwhile, Club President Nabin Kumar Shrestha said that all sorts of preparations for the event were completed.
