Sankata thrash BBC
LALITPUR: CMG Club Sankata thrashed Brigade Boys Club 8-0 and Jagadamba Lumbini Football Club defeated Himalayan Sherpa Club 2-0 in the Lalit Memorial U-18 Football Championship here at the ANFA Complex grounds on Thursday.
Dipesh Ale Magar scored four goals alone for Sankata. Ranjit Gurung netted a brace, while Laxman Gurung scored one and Sankata got a goal courtesy of an own goal from Subash Gurung.
In another match, Prince and Amrit Gurung scored one each for Lumbini inside the first 10 minutes.
