KATHMANDU: Nepal Boxing Association on Sunday bade farewell to a three-member boxing team that is scheduled to participate in the sixth Children International Asian Games in Russia. Kusum Lama will compete in 48kg weight category, while Bishal Shrestha will represent Nepal in 64kg weight category. The tournament will be her second international for Lama, while Shrestha will make his international event debut from the Games. Coach Nima Tamang will accompany the players to Russia. President of Nepal Boxing Association Ram Awale, senior coach Suresh Singh Ale and coach Prakash Thapa Magar bade farewell to the team.
