HETAUDA: Tribhuvan Army Club won the titles of the National Hockey Tournament here on Saturday.

In men’s final match, TAC defeated Far-western 2-1.

Dipendra Airee and Pradeep Rajbanshi scored a goal each for TAC, while Rajendra Karki netted the consolation goal for Far-western.

In women’s section, TAC thrashed Central 4-0 in final. Sita Chaudhary scored a brace, while Pinki Sinjali and Sita Maya Bal netted a goal each.

Eastern’s Manoj Chaudhary and TAC’s Sita Maya Bal were named the best players of the tournament and they received Rs 5,000 each.
