DHANGADHI: Dhangadhi Cricket Academy is organising the DCA Inter-school Cricket Tournament at the Fapla grounds from Wednesday.

A total of 29 schools will take part in the tournament, informed tournament coordinator Bijay Karki at a press meet on Tuesday. Karki also informed that eight teams will qualify for the league round after knock out matches.

The winners and runners-up of the tournament will get Rs 30,000 and Rs 15,000 respectively, while the best player, bowler, batsman and fielder will be awarded with gift hampers.

Similarly, DCA will provide full scholarship to five best players for cricket training at the academy. The final is slated for June 4.
