KATHMANDU: National cricket team skipper Gyanendra Malla and three others tested positive for the coronavirus infection on Wednesday.

Vice-captain Dipendra Singh Airee along with Basant Regmi and Rohit Paudel were also affected from the virus.

The national team members had submitted their samples on Tuesday.

Despite the four players being infected, the national team training will undergo as per the schedule on Thursday. The team will be preparing for the ICC World Cup League-II matches against the United States of America and Oman.
