KATHMANDU: Players’ Facility Recommendation Workforce on Wednesday submitted a seven-point memorandum to Minister for Youth and Sports Daljit Sripaili.

The Workforce demanded that the medallists of Asian Games and South Asian Games as well as participants of Olympic Games should get 70 to 80 per cent of discounts in health and education sectors, 50 per cent discount in transportation and entertainment sectors.

They also demanded that the government should continue providing Rs 5,000 to the gold medallists of SAG and medallists of Asiad. Hospitals for players and insurances facilities were also among the demands recommended by the workforce.
