KATHMANDU: Xavier International College and Golden Gate International College advanced to the final of the Xavier Cup U-19 Basketball Tournament here on Monday.

Hosts Xavier defeated Lumbini 55-49 riding on 16 points from Amit Koirala, while Abhishek netted 18 points as Golden Gate beat Times College 56-50.

The final is slated for Tuesday.
