Tamatta elected

KATHMANDU, JANUARY 17
The first Annual General Assembly of Cricket Coach Association of Nepal (CCAN) on Monday elected former national team head coach Jagat Tamatta as president.
Tamatta was the president of the ad hoc committee formed two years ago. Samson Jung Thapa was elected as vice-president, while Basanta Shahi Takuri was picked as secretary.
Mahesh Prasad Rijal was elected as treasurer.
Likewise, Prakash Sharma, Rijan Praju, Sunil Shah, Neera Rajopadhyay, Janaki Bhatta, Gyanendra Chhetry and Sher Lama are the members in the executive committee.
A total of 38 coaches took part in the AGM. Cricket Association of Nepal has already decided to give affiliation to CCAN.
