KATHMANDU, MAY 12

With an aim to facilitate agriculture business of smallholder farmers by providing financing support through digital banking, Mega Bank Nepal has signed an agreement with iDE Nepal.

The agreement was signed by Mega Bank's Acting CEO Raveena Deshraj Shrestha and iDE Nepal Country Director Corey O'Hara, as per a media release.

As per the agreement, the bank will provide subsidised loans to migrant workers and small and medium farmers to expand their businesses or set up new businesses on the recommendation of iDE Nepal.
