Rail link urged KATHMANDU: Entrepreneurs of Birgunj have urged the government to link the dry port to Amalekhgunj through railways. In a meeting with Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) on Friday, they insisted that it was an essential facility. They also requested to add platforms, railways track, storage facility for liquid goods and lifting machine in the dry port. Nabil’s new branches KATHMANDU: Nabil Bank Ltd added two new branches — one each in Satdobato and Kuleshwor of Kathmandu — on Friday. Bank chairman and former governor Satyendra Pyara Shrestha inaugurated both the branches. The bank has 15 branches in Kathmandu Valley and 37-point presentation across the country.
