KATHMANDU: Police on Tuesday arrested a man who was fleeing after robbing a sum of Rs 96,000 in cash. The suspect has been identified as Dhan Bahadur Lama (36) of Dandagaun-5, Rasuwa. Lama along with two others robbed Man Singh Sunar (34) of Khairapur-2, Bardiya and currently residing at Halchowk, Kathmandu of his cash while he was returning home after withdrawing money from the Prabhu Money Transfer. Police said that the trio robbed Sunar of his cash on the pretext of changing Nepali currency into US dollars. Police informed that two other suspects are at large. One among the absconding suspects has been identified as Lal Bahadur Magar of Dandagaun-5 of Rasuwa. Police said that they are looking into the case.
