CHITWAN: A child died after he was knocked down by a microbus in Kurintar, Dare Chowk-3 of Chitwan on Friday. The deceased has been identified as eight-year-old Samir Chepang of Dare Chowk-8. According to the District Police Office, Chitwan, Chepand died on the spot after the four-wheeler (Ba 3 Kha 2390) heading towards Mugling from Kathmandu hit him today. Police have impounded the vehicle and arrested its driver for investigation.
