KATHMANDU: Police said that two incidents of theft were reported in the Capital on Saturday and Sunday. Property worth around Rs 150,000 was stolen from an unattended room near Dibya Party Palace in Bouddha-6 on Sunday. According to a complaint lodged with police, unidentified thieves stole Rs 30,000 in cash, two laptops and a mobile phone from the room of Lila Rai today. Similarly, cash and gold ornaments worth around Rs 120,000 were stolen from the house of Sanu Lama in Bomeni of Shankarapur Municipality-5 on Saturday. Police said that Rs 20,000 in cash and gold ornaments were stolen from the house of Lama yesterday. Police said that they looking into both of cases.
