Continuing with its efforts to provide quality services the Yamaha motorcycle users, Morang Auto Works, authorised dealer of Yamaha motorcycles in Nepal, has set up a Yamaha Care Centre at Tripureshwor, Kathmandu. Spread over an area of 5,000 sq ft, the care centre is developed as a fully-equipped clinic for Yamaha motorcycles. Y Morita, chief general manager,
service and parts of Yamaha Motor India Ltd opened the Yamaha Care Centre recently, sates a press release issued here today. The inauguration of the new facility coincides with Golden Jubilee of Yamaha Motor Company of Japan and a part of commitment made by Morang Auto Works last year in the course of its silver jubilee celebrations to provide the Yamaha users with ultra modern facilities.
The users of Yamaha motorcycles can avail of a free check up facility in the newly-opened Yamaha Care Centre for two weeks. The centre has modern automatic machines (10 electro hydraulic ramps and two quick repair ramps) while the working room, spare parts counter, reception and customer lounge are separated from each other to ensure a clean and relaxing environment for customers. Moreover, employees are provided with a high-level of technical knowledge and skill in motorcycle maintenance and hospitality. A combined effect of all these is that while customers can be assured that their valuable vehicles are getting the expert care, adds the release. Morang Auto Works plans to open similar well-equipped Yamaha Care Centres also in other parts of the country.
