Kathmandu, September 28 Century Bank, ICFC Finance, Nabil Bank and Sipradi Group advanced to the semi-finals of the second Century Bank Corporate Super Sixes here at the Tribhuvan University Stadium on Monday. In the first quarter-final match, Century Bank defeated Civil Bank by three wickets. Batting first, Civil Bank were all out for 45 runs before the title sponsors reached 46-3 in 4.5 overs. In another match, ICFC defeated Nepal Telecom by two wickets in super over. Batting first, ICFC scored 75-5, while Nepal Telecom made 75-2. The match was decided in super over in which Nepal Telecom made just one run before ICFC won in two balls. In another quarter-final, Nabil Bank registered a 14-run victory over Indian Embassy. Batting first, Nabil Bank scored 76-3 and restricted Indian Embassy to 62-4. In the last quarter-final match, Sipradi Group thrashed Kumari Bank by 52 runs. Sipradi scored 85-3 and bowled out Kumari Bank for 46 runs. ICFC Finance will take on Sipradi Group, while Century Bank will meet Nabil Bank in semi-final matches. The semis and final are scheduled for Wednesday.
