Stay positive

Stay positive

By Suresh Raj Regmi

Probably some day, somebody might ask me, “What would you like to do after completing your studies?” I would definitely have to scratch my head to give the precise answer. However, I am not ignorant about the fact that people might certainly question my abilities for not being able to draw my future line of action. I have also not been less obsessed about my own career’s roadmap and blueprints; I often get confused in prioritizing my ultimate goals and strategies to achieve them. I consistently hear from experts that prioritizing them is a real essence. It is an irony that I have neither figured out my objectives nor the strategies to do so. All I know is, I have to ‘make a mark’ whatsoever I do. At times, I would be enthusiastic, and absolutely eager to indulge in as many things as possible, while at other times, I stay lethargic and I am reluctant to perform many things which I ought to do. I have a serious belief that bodily energy has a role to play in controlling the zeal flow. I mean to say that positive, neutral and negative energy state would trigger enthusiasm accordingly. Therefore, we should always seek the means to extract positive energy to stimulate positive zeal in our body as much as possible. In the meantime, the environment which we usually dwell in may heavily influence us in maintaining the desired energy level. This is mostly the case. The situations may come awkward on many occasions, and many impediments may pose alarming threats to our itinerary, and these circumstances may give us the most difficult options to choose; and whatsoever happens to us, we should always not let those negative energies to be able to take control of us with its unfavourable impacts. I may sound a bit philosophical, but the truth is the truth. No one can question this and the energy state and motivation are immensely interrelated as we may find out. Therefore, despite not being able to visualise my roadmap, I try the means to extract positive energy which might guide me to help adopt positive approaches by sweeping away all the complexities. Thinking positive, smiling, having adequate amount of sleep, staying calm, smiling, meditation, involvement in any brain exercising work are, in fact, some of the crucial means to squeeze in some positivity. So, even if you know nothing about your path, as per Steve Job’s style, “stay happy, stay positive” if you can. This is well said.
