MEXICO CITY: Eight men were found dead, their throats slit, in the Mexican state of Oaxaca, a local emergency services official said. The bodies were discovered in a car in a municipality on the border with the Gulf coast state of Veracruz, the official said in a message sent to Reuters on Friday evening.
