KATHMANDU: Police on Friday said that two cases of theft were reported in the Kathmandu Valley. Property worth around Rs 140,000 was stolen from a rented room of Kaushilia Khadka (20) in Phaika, Budhanilakantha Municipality-14 on Thursday. Khadka is a permanent resident of Katakuti-5, Dolakha. Similarly, thieves sneaked into an unlocked room of Sher Bahadur Magar in Papahiti, Patandhoka of LSMC-22 and stole jewelleries worth around Rs 191,000, on Wednesday. Police said they are searching for the suspects and investigating into the cases.
