Bajura, February 10 Telephone service that had been obstructed for the last four days resumed in three different districts of the far-west region from today. Telephone and internet services had gone dysfunctional in Bajura, Accham and Doti districts of the region since Sunday after a telephone tower was struck by lightning bolt at Siudi of Accham. Assistant Chief of Kailali Telecom Regional Office Damber Bahadur Chand said the office could not repair the tower on time because the technicians arrived late at the site as the tower is located in a remote place. He added that the service would resume after a team of technicians from Dhangadi reached the spot and repaired the tower.
