BIRGUNJ: A couple has donated a piece of land to a health post at Barbatole in Birgunj Sub-Metropolitan City-22. Gaya Chaurasiya from Birgunj Sub-Metropolitan City-22 handed over 5 kathhas of land worth Rs 5 million to a health post through the District Public Health Office, Parsa amid a programme on Friday. A two-story building with 14 rooms would be constructed for the health post with the financial support from the Department of Urban Development and Building Construction, said Satrudhan Yadav, chief of the health post. The estimated cost of constructing the building is Rs 10.6 million, said Yadav.
