RAMECHHAP: Home Minister Shakti Bahadur Basnet on Friday urged all political parties to help implement the new constitution. Speaking at a function in Ramechhap district headquarters Manthali on Friday, Minister Basnet said, “As we now have a new constitution, it is now time for us to focus on its implementation. For that, we need support from all,” he said, adding that the staute needs amendments to address the concerns of the agitating parties.
