BARDIYA: Minister for Education Giriraj  Mani Pokharel, has said there was a need of intellectual movement for  the implementation of new constitution. Minister Pokharel said, “It is  now necessary to transform the country. New constitution has been  promulgated. Therefore, intellectual movement is the current need.”  Inaugurating the Kalika Community Library and Resource Centre here on  Sunday, he said the libraries established at villages are key sources to  produce knowledge for intellectual movement. Pokharel said implementation of constitution could lead the country  towards prosperity.
