KATHMANDU: Two persons were injured after a tipper hit a scooter they were riding on at Duwakot in Bhaktapur district on Tuesday evening. According to Metropolitan Police Circle, Thimi, the injured have been identified as biker Ashish Khanal (20) of Changunarayan-11 and pillion rider Raman Maharjan (19) of Madhyapur Thimi -13. Police said that the tipper (Ba 3 Kha 7201) hit the scooter (Ba 70 Pa 1009) at around 8 pm yesterday. Both the injured are receiving treatment at a local hospital. Police said that they have impounded both the vehicles and arrested the tipper driver for investigation.
