KATHMANDU: Police found a body of youth from Balaju of Kathmandu on Monday. The deceased has been identified as Keshav Bhandari (26) of Hasera in Gulmi district. Bhandari’s body was recovered from the way to Bypass Water Tank in Balaju, KMC-16 today. Police said that they are investigating into the case.
