KATHMANDU: A four-member sambo team, including three players, is on Tuesday leaving for Vietnam to take part in the fifth Asian Beach Games that kicked off in Danang on Sunday. Himprabh Khatri and Krishna Tamang will take part in below 63kg category, while Ashmila Chhantyal will compete in 64kg weight category. Nepal Sambo Federation Vice-president Purushottam Simkhada is the team manager. Minister for Youth and Sports Daljit Sripali bade farewell to the team on Monday. A total of 17 Nepali players from six sports disciplines are taking part in the event which is slated for September 25 to October 3.
