Passenger bus plunges into Trishuli along Muglin-Narayanghat road

CHITWAN:  At least one person died and eight others were injured after a passenger plunged into the Trishuli River along the Muglin-Narayanghat road in Chitwan on Tuesday evening, SP Basanta Bahadur Kunwar said. The bus with registration number Lu 1 Kha 7391 was heading to Bhairahawa of Rupandehi district from Kathmandu. According to SP  Kunwar, the injured were sent to various hospitals in Bharatpur, Chitwan for treatment. BREAKING - Passenger bus plunges into Trishuli along Muglin-Narayanghat road CHITWAN: A passenger bus fell down the Muglin-Narayanghat road and plunged into the Trishuli River at Dahakhani near Riddhikhola of Chitwan district on Tuesday evening, the District Police Office, Chitwan said. A part of the bus is seen submerged in the river, a police official told THT Online. Casualties are suspected. A team of security personnel reached the incident site, which is nine kilometres  away from Muglin, a few minutes ago. The bus was heading towards Narayanghat but it was not clear where to.
