KATHMANDU: Two theft cases were reported from two different locations of Kathmandu Metropolitan City on Thursday. According to police, an unidentified gang broke into an unattended house belonging to Rama Bhandari in KMC-7 on Thursday and made off with cash and various gold jewelleries worth around Rs 2,57,000. Similarly, property worth Rs 8,63,000 were stolen from a house in Ravi Bhawan of KMC-14 on Thursday. An unidentified gang broke into the unattented house of Rameshwar Dangol and made off with properties including cash and various gold and silver jewelleries. Meanwhile, further investigation into the cases are underway, said police.
