KATHMANDU: Prime Minster KP Sharma Oli has laid the foundation stone of a surgical building of Medical Science National Academy, Bir Hospital, in the Capital on Friday.

It has been learnt that the surgical building to be constructed at the cost of Rs 3.85 billion will have 650 beds.
