Youth goes missing in Seti River

  DHANGADHI: A youth from Sayal Rural Municipality-1 in Doti district has gone missing in the Seti River. 31-year-old Bhakta Bahadur Thapa slipped off a wet trail and fell down in the river while returning home from neighbouring district of Bajura. According to Bhakta Bahadur Thapa, ward chair of the rural municipality, a search and rescue mission has been launched and all local police units and police in neighbouring districts have been informed. “He fell into the river on Friday night but we were only informed today,” said Deputy Superintendent of Police, Lal Bahadur Dhami, “We have deployed teams at the incident site immediately after receiving the information.”
