The Spinal Injury Rehabilitation Centre and Plan Nepal on Tuesday launched the manual for those with spinal injuries, Kehi Jankari Kehi Seep, and a poetry book, Jeevan ka Jaraharu. Kumar Tamang, who has spinal injury, launched the manual and Kanak Mani Dixit, SIRC chairperson, launched the pageant.
