Factory shut

Kavre: The Himalaya Snax and Noodles Company at Banepa was forcibly shut for indefinite period on Wednesday by CPN-Maoist affiliated All Nepal Trade Union Federation (ANTUF) unit office. The ANTUF wants that those who have worked for over eight months be made permanent, minimum salary be fixed at Rs 7,000 a month. — HNS
