People have been showing more interest in wealth rather than health. But this is wrong. If wealth is lost, then something is lost; but when health is lost, everything is lost — goes a popular saying.

A person in life can never be happy with wealth if one’s health is giving one trouble. Even though he or she is a millionaire, but has got a serious health problem like cancer, then what’s the point in having all that wealth? Taking care of one’s health is very important. Your body needs a lot of care.

Be conscious about your diet as eating and drinking matter a lot in staying healthy. Eating a healthy (balanced) diet, keeps your body active. Drinking water flushes your body. Avoid eating stale food and food items sold on the streets. We all should be concerned about our health. Let’s live a healthy life by eating healthy food.
