Kathmandu, April 23:

Norwegian Minister for International Development Erik Solheim today said that process towards peace and democracy was taking longer than expected in Nepal and that the anniversary celebration focus on the achievements rather than challenges.

Issuing a statement on the eve of the first anniversary of the April uprising and subsequent changes leading to the formation of government, he said the celebration should focus on the achievements rather than challenges.
