Kathmandu, August 14:
Relatives of a 10-month-old baby today vandalised the cupboards of the reception of the Kathmandu Medical College, Sinamangal, after the baby boy died in the afternoon.
The baby’s relatives claimed that negligence on part of the hospital led to the infant’s death.
“Anubhav Nepal died today at around 12:10 and his relatives claimed that he could have been saved if the doctors had treated him properly by keeping him in a ventilator support system on time,” said Inspector at the Metropolitan Police Circle Gaushala, Ganga Panta.
However, the management of the hospital
could not be contacted for comments regarding the accusation.
