United Telecom Ltd (UTL), a joint venture of MTNL, TCIL, VSNL and NVPL, has restarted its famous offer ‘Satpratisat Paisa Basul’ — get the hundred per cent money back. Under the scheme, a customer will get free calls equal to the charge that one has paid while buying the UTL mobile, states a press release. UTL has extended its services in Hetaunda, Birgunj, Bhairahawa, Butwal and Pokhara also.
