Nepalgunj, January 26:
President for Nepal Majdur Kisan Party, Narayan Man Bijukchhe ‘Rohit’ said the local bodies can be reestablished.
NWPP chief Bijukchhe, who came here to address the mass meeting of seven parties, said in a press conference: “The seven-party alliance is discussing about the reestablishment of local bodies to give an outlet of the existing problems.”
He said the reestablishment of local bodies would solve half of the problems facing
the nation.
Speaking in another context, Bijukchhe said the unity of leftist parties is impossible in the present context.
He also rejected the blame of Rastriya Prajantra Party (RPP) that the seven-party alliance consists of dictators. Bijukchhe said he is always against the idea of opening regional and caste based parties and said the Madhes Andolan has not addressed the sentiments of the Madhes people.
“The Madhes Andolan has represented the sentiments of upper class Madhesis and ignored the sentiment of laborers, farmers and lower class Madhesis.” On a federal system, he said dialogue is going on. The SPA has been organising mass meetings across the country to increase the awareness about the difference between the CA election and parliament election, federal system and republican state.
