Mishap victim dead
KATHMANDU: Forty-five-year-old Tek Bahadur Rana, a resident of Meghauli of Rupandehi district, died on Thursday while undergoing treatment at Man Mohan Memorial Hospital in Kathmandu. He was rushed to the hospital after being hit by a bus on April 12 at Patthardanda. — HNS
Tiger mauls girl
BHAKTAPUR: Manisha Tamang. 5, who was mauled by a tiger at Chittapol VDC-6, Bhaktapur, on Wednesday, succumbed to the injuries on Thursday, police said. She died while being rushed to hospital. — HNS
Youth stabbed
KATHMANDU: An unidentified person stabbed Pradip Giri, 25, of Mahottari district at Dhumbarahi on Wednesday at 9 pm. He is undergoing treatment at Bir Hospital. — HNS
Teenager hurt in blast
KATHMANDU: Jit Kumar Rai, 17, of Nirmaldanda- VDC-6 of Khotang, who was injured in a bomb explosion at his residence, was brought to TU Teaching Hospital for further treatment. He was injured while unidentified people hurled a bomb at his house on April 13. — HNS
