Four killed in separate road mishaps in Chitwan, Siraha

Four persons were killed in two road mishaps in Chitwan and Siraha districts within
the last 24 hours.
Two persons died in Chitwan when a truck hit a rickshaw. Rickshaw puller Chhatra Bahadur Moktan, 32, a resident of Bhandara-8, died on the spot when the truck heading to Narayangarh from Hetauda hit the rickshaw, the police said.
Passenger on the rickshaw, Karan Khadka, 30, a resident of Piple-7, who was seriously injured in the accident died on the way to hospital, the police added.
Khadgaraj Gurung of Bharatpur-9 and Suraj Sedain of Lamjung, who were also on the rickshaw, sustained injuries. Gurung was taken to Kathmandu for further treatment while Sedain is being treated in Bharatpur Hospital.
Meanwhile, two passengers were killed in a road mishap at Ramnagar Mirchaiya of Siraha last night.
Motorcyclist Roshan BK, a resident of Gautari-2, and pillion rider Ganesh Kumar Mandal of Kanjarhana died after their motorbike collided with a tractor, the police said. BK died on the spot while Mandal died on the way to hospital.
