MANGALBARE: Local Administration Office, Ilam, has launched a campaign against those forcefully collecting ‘donation’ at various points on the Mechi Highway. Donation Act will be referred to while taking against those found raising illegal donation, said Deputy Superintendent of Police Bhim Prasad Kafle. Police have been mobilised on the Highway since yesterday. The administration has urged entrepreneurs, businessmen, social organisations, media persons and civil society to support the campaign. The campaign follows the public complaint of incidents of forced donation on the Highway.
