OKLAHOMA CITY: Police in Oklahoma City say actress Jessica Alba won't be charged after plastering posters around town to raise awareness regarding endangered sharks. The investigation has been closed because no one wants to press charges, the police told TMZ Monday. Alba was photographed earlier this month putting up posters of great white sharks in an effort to draw attention to the species' dwindling numbers. While police last week said they considered charging her with vandalism, the 'Fantastic Four' actress issued an apology for her actions and the owners of the properties on which Alba glued the posters said they didn't want to see her prosecuted. The actress had been in Oklahoma City filming a movie at the time of the incident.
